Jane and Beth, principals of Resilient Leadership, are psychotherapists, leadership coaches, workshop leaders and authors. They are highly skilled at helping people harness their strengths, build successful relationships and reach personal and workplace goals. Both write for the Huffington Post, and are experts in bolstering resilience and healing the impact of shame, trauma and body image issues.
